Dr. Carlos Chaban M.D.

Dr. Carlos Chaban has been serving Central Florida as a general pediatrician for over 20 years. Dr. Chaban completed his residency in pediatrics at Nassau County Medical Center in East Meadow, New York. He then relocated to the University of Florida and did a fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Disease and Immunology, where he received recognition for outstanding services. Dr. Chaban founded Hunt Club Pediatric Associates in 1999 and has staff privileges at most Central Florida Hospitals. Dr. Chaban is married and has two children. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his family, traveling and playing golf.

Dr. Christian Chaban M.D.

Dr. Christian Chaban has been living in Central Florida for over twenty years. He completed his residency in pediatrics at Florida Hospital for Children in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Chaban received his medical degree from the prestigious St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine in beautiful Grand Cayman Island. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Florida with his bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology in 2009. Since a young age it has always been a dream of Dr. Christian Chaban to join Hunt Club Pediatrics and work alongside his father, Dr. Carlos Chaban. In his free time, Dr. Chaban enjoys spending time with family, grilling, boating, fishing, traveling, and going to the beach. Doctor Chaban married in 2018 to his wonderful wife Caitlin and they welcomed their first baby, Penelope in 2019.

Dr. David Hale M.D.

Dr. Hale has been with Hunt Club Pediatrics since July 2014. Before this, he attended Medical School at Ross University and did his residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital for children. Dr. Hale is originally from Miami Florida. He is a compassionate practitioner, who looks forward to taking care of your newest loved ones. Dr. Hale enjoys spending time on the weekends with his wife and three children.

Rachel Hathorn, CPNP

Rachel is a native of Orlando who received a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Central Florida. While employed as a registered nurse caring for postpartum women and newborn babies at Florida Hospital, she pursued her passion to work solely in the field of pediatrics. Rachel received a Master of Science in Pediatric Health Nursing at the University of South Florida, and is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. In her free time, Rachel enjoys biking,camping, traveling, and spending time with herfamily.

Brooke Fisher, ARNP

Brooke is a Florida native, growing up in the Altamonte Springs area. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Nova Southeastern University, andthen received a job working in the Pediatric Level 1 Trauma and Emergency department at Arnold Palmer Hospital. She then went back to school atMaryville University and received her Master’s Degree in Nursing. Brooke is a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and has over 16 years of pediatric experience. In her spare time, she enjoys spending qualitytime with her husband and children, watching her children play sports, the outdoors and traveling.
